We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of business development within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As a BDR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Assist in the generation of high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling (primarily), email campaigns, and social media outreach.

  • Prospecting: Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and initiate contact to create interest in our products/services.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects and articulate how our solutions address their specific needs.

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition of leads.
