ROLE SUMMARY:
Be the first point of contact for existing clients, handling communications through video calls, email, phone and LinkedIn.
Advise and guide clients on communicating through the LinkedIn platform, using data analysis and reporting tools to propose new strategies.
Collaborate internally with operations and commercial teams to ensure the best outcomes for the business, ensuring top-level campaign performance and happy clients, then converting that to rebooking, upselling and cross-selling.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Global Account Manager you’ll handle all communications with our existing clients via Zoom, email, phone, instant messaging and everything in between. Every interaction an AM has should be focused on maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
As we are operating at the forefront of B2B Marketing, you’ll need a vast understanding and interest in the world of marketing and sales, as the collaboration with our clients is of a highly consultative nature. Our clients are based globally, so we love it when our Account Managers are curious about the world to make strong connections in our multicultural environment.
In addition to communicating with our clients, it will be part of your role to oversee and run the campaigns in close collaboration with our operations and data team, structuring and analysing data, executing campaign steps, creating reports and proposing new strategies to our clients. It is a 360-degree role that requires strong attention to detail, a general business development mindset, and great communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
Consultative mindset with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Socially adept and confident in working with clients
Great understanding of the B2B marketing landscape
Strong project management skills
Excellent time management and organisation
Attention to detail and capacity to focus
Mathematically minded (data-driven)
Spreadsheets proficiency
General sales mindset
Strong/near-native level of business English
Work permit for our local offices in Barcelona
