Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing. During this 6-month internship, you will work closely with the Marketing Program Director and gain exposure to real-world marketing strategies, tools, and techniques while supporting key marketing initiatives.

As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in content creation, developing and executing marketing initiatives, and analyzing campaign performance. You will be able to collaborate across teams and gain insights into the broader aspects of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation in a B2B SwaS (Software-with-a-Service) environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Help develop marketing collateral, banners, websites, blog posts, case studies, social media posts, and email newsletters to engage our target audience, with a very high quality standard for design and written content in English.

  • Support Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Data Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and marketing efforts using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.

  • CRM and Workflows: Gain experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) and Data Tools to help manage lead data and streamline sales team workflows.

  • Event Support: Assist with webinars/virtual events by coordinating logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up.

  • Social Media Management: Help with the planning and execution of organic and paid social media strategies across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Collaborative Projects: Work cross-functionally with sales, account management, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Studies/experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including meticulous attention to detail.

  • A strong eye for design, with experience in Canva and graphic design as a plus.

  • The legal right to live and work full-time in Spain.

  • Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and storytelling.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools (experience with CRMs, LinkedIn, design and data tools is a plus).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
